Wellness Care Coordinator
The Float Spa Holly Springs is the only spa in the area specializing in flotation therapy + massage and Reiki offering our guests (and staff) a unique healing environment! We are looking for a Nights/Weekends Wellness Coordinator to join our float family for a minimum of 18-24 hours/week. Full disclosure: This is not just a front-desk job. We do a lot of cleaning, but we truly are a family that takes care of each other (meaning everybody carries their weight).
Our Ideal Candidate:
Is reliable (we are a small team, so call outs can be disruptive)
Likes to clean (we mean obsessively!) with an eye for detail
Is an independent self starter that identifies tasks to be done and solves problems
Has a pleasant personality and is described by friends as calm, reliable, kind, trustworthy, and nurturing
Feels fit enough to bend, reach, squat and scrub for a full shift
Is able to multitask and prioritize effectively
Has already graduated from high school and is not moving away for college
Likes to float...if not, we'll teach you!
CPO (Certified Pool Operator) license is a plus, but not required
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Guest experience: be the face of the spa and provide excellent customer service, manage client check-in/out and educational tours, data entry, answering phones/emails/texts, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and selling memberships
Cleaning: thoroughly cleaning float rooms and common areas when opening and closing and after each client, cleaning the facility for general daily upkeep, restocking supplies, laundry, etc.
Please Note: Our hours of Operation are Thursday-Monday from 9am-8pm. We are closed to the public on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shifts are from 8am-3pm and 3pm to 9pm. Tuesday maintenance/cleaning shift from 9am-12pm. Please do not apply if you aren’t available on weekends or to start the PM shift at 3pm.
